These Terms & Conditions govern your use of thevision.quest and its website features, provided by Vision Quest Advisory LLC ("Vision Quest," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Website and services
Our website introduces our strategy, branding, creative, digital, and business systems services. Information, examples, and resources are general in nature. Submitting an inquiry, using a free resource, or speaking with our AI guide does not create a client relationship or a commitment to deliver services.
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, payment, timelines, deliverables, and ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding a project, the project agreement controls.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit content you do not have permission to share.
3. Site materials and your submissions
Unless stated otherwise, site copy, artwork, branding, and other materials belong to Vision Quest or their respective owners. You may view them and use resources for their stated purpose. Reproduction, resale, or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Displayed client work does not transfer any rights to visitors.
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You authorize us to use them to respond to your request and provide the services you request. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through website chat.
4. AI-assisted features and third-party links
Astraea is an AI guide. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute a binding quote, contract, or professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Confirm important details, including project scope, pricing, and bookings, with our team.
Third-party websites and tools have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse all content on the linked service.
5. Text messaging
If you opt in to Vision Quest text messages, messages may relate to your inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates. Promotional messages require a separate appropriate opt-in. Message frequency varies with your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to promotional messages, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and messaging consent.
6. Availability and information

7. Updates and contact
We may update these website terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not alter a signed project agreement without the agreement required by its terms.
